Plot Synopsis

Based on a true story about Thailand's former "Alcatraz". During World War II, Tarutao island housed the country's most extreme incarceration center. In this film some political prisoners arrive on Tarutao island with a group of other convicts in 1941. Due to the extremely bad conditions in the prison a group of prisoners decide to make an escape with the help of locals. A lack of supplies during the war left many prisoners to perish from disease or starvation so they had no choice except to risk their lives and flee.
